Best Roof Rack and Ski Rack for 2016 Honda Pilot With Naked Roof

I have a 2016 Honda Pilot silver with no roof rails naked roof. What would be my best choice of a ski rack system that would hold up to six pair of skis that would not leave scratching or marks. Also black would work but silver would my preferred color.
