Will Bumper Bracket Bolts Need to Be Removed to Install Curt Hitch 13138 on a 2001 Ford Ranger

dose the coner bolt that holds the bumper brace on need to be taken out so the hitch will slide back far enough frame bolts will aline

If you have a step bumper you will need to remove the rearmost bumper bracket bolts and J-nuts to install this Curt Hitch # 13138.
