Parts Needed to Install Brake Controller on 2007 Ford F-150 with 4-Way
Question:
I have a Ford F150 Supercab, RWD, 4.6L with a 4 pole wiring harness already factory installed. I need to add / convert / install a 7 pole wiring harness, and brake control to do better towing. I would like to know which parts would I need to purchase to do this. Thanks!

To convert the 4-way of your 2007 Ford F-150 to a 7-way you'll need the 7-way adapter part # 37185 which will plug into the 4-way you have already and will wire to the wiring harness present on the vehicles frame rail where you'll find the brake output circuit. Check out the help article link I attached to see where to find it.
Then for a brake controller the Brake EVN # TK63VR is a really great option that only needs the install harness # TK93VR and you'd be set.
