Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at this Cadac Dometic Pizza Stone Pro 40 by Front Runner. This pizza stone is going to let you cook pizza or flatbread on your grill or in your oven. This is going to work with your charcoal, gas, and your electric grills and ovens at home. Now, this is going to also be perfect for the Citi Chef 40, which is sold separately.
But if you're interested in taking a look at that cooker, on your screen, I am including our item number. You can just take that item number, and put in the search field of our website and that'll take you to that Citi Chef 40 Propane Grill and Stove, if you're interested in taking a look at that. Now, this stone is made of cordierite and it withstands temperatures up to 572 degrees Fahrenheit. (ring tapping) And as you can see, this does include an aluminum heat shield. Actually, it's a heat spreader that's going to ensure even heating, and it is recommended to use the stone in conjunction with the pan to make sure that you are protecting that stone when you're using it for cooking.
Now, this does include a protective carrying bag and this is, (bag rustling) feels like a nylon material. We have a zipper here and of course, you wanna wait until your stone is completely cooled down before inserting it into this bag, but it's gonna slide right in, zip close. It's got two handles here, so this is going to be a great for portability and being able to transport it easily, and also for storage, to keep it clean. I'm just gonna slide this back out again. Now, I wanna give you an overhead view of it and give you some measurements.
So, if you measure just the stone itself without the aluminum pan, that stone measures right at 13 inches in diameter. And then, if you add the pan, it's about 13 1/4 inches in diameter. So, just a little bit more, but not much. So, you're gonna have a surface area of the stone itself of 13 inches in diameter. And then, looking at the thickness, we're about 1/2 an inch thick, and that pan really doesn't add any more thickness to it.
This stone with the pan weighs a little under five pounds and again, this is going to be 13 inches in diameter. If you like the stone but you don't need something quite this big, the good news is we do carry something a little bit smaller. It's the Pizza Stone Pro 30, and this is also a Cadac Dometic by Front Runner product, and that has a diameter of about 9 3/4 inches. So if you're interested in that smaller stone, again, you see the item number there on your screen, pop that in the search field of our website and that will take you to that smaller stone if you would rather purchase that instead. Well, that's gonna wrap up our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
