The Demco Tabless Baseplate # DM93FR you were looking at are a confirmed fit on the 2021 Chevy Blazer, and is compatible with Demco Victory Series towbars like the Demco Dominator # DM9511008 and a number of other Roadmaster tow bars without adapters required. If you've got a different tow bar, just let me know what you've got and I can let you know whether an adapter would be required. I've also linked our other base plates that have been confirmed as a fit for the 2021 Blazer.

You may also need some other vehicle specific parts like tow bar wiring, if you don't already have that. I recommend using the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154, which is a universal diode kit that will help protect your vehicle's electrical system from being damaged by backfeed in the event of a short.

If you don't already have a supplemental braking system, which is required by law in most states and provinces, the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR is a great choice. This is a portable system that can be installed and removed as needed and provides proportional braking to the toad in respect to the pressure of the brakes applied in your coach. If you're looking for something that doesn't require setup each time you're towing, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 is a great proportional braking system as well. The InvisiBrake would require installation of the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751463 as well, but this system does provide a convenient one time installation that won't need adjustment each time you want to get out on the road.
