Trailer Wiring Recommendation for a 2012 Honda Pilot

My Pilot was purchased with trailer hitch installed. What do i need to plug up to my utility trailer lights?

We have trailer wiring harnesses available for your 2012 Honda Pilot, but to pick out the correct one you will need to know which trailer connector you have on your vehicle. If you have a 4-way you would want a Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118558. This connector is characterized by a flat connector with 4 wires coming out of it. Most likely this the harness you would need.
If you have a 7-way on your trailer you would want a Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118265. This connector style is characterized by a round connector with 7 wires coming from it.
I attached installation instructions for both connectors and attached a picture that shows the two connectors look like.
The wiring harness you referenced is not designed to be used on your vehicle so it would not work for you.
