To determine the correct electric brakes you first need to determine the correct fit for your hub and drum. For a 3,500 lb axle that will depend on what bearings your current hub has. You will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. Additionally, you need to know your hub's wheel bolt pattern; if you do not know what it is I have added a help article which details how you can find it, as well as a printable bolt hole template you can use.
For example, if you have what is the most common spindle size for a 3,500 lb axle, you'll have a hub with inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649. If you have those bearings and a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern the correct hub and drum would be the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500 lb Axles # 84546UC3.
And for grease with the hub and drums you will need the Prime Guard Wheel Bearing Hi-Temp Red Grease # L11380 with Bearing Packer # ALL647646.
As for electric brakes with this 10 inch hub, you will need brakes that are rated for a 3,500 lb axle, and your spindle needs to have a 4-bolt mounting flange that has bolt holes which measure 2-7/8" apart on center like Mounting Flange # 4-35.
If you have that flange the correct brakes for this hub are the 3,500 lb Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA with Mounting Hardware # BRKH10B.
