Where does the blue wire get hooked too under the hood for a 2000 silverado?

To see all of the steps required to install a brake controller on your 2000 Chevy Silverado check out the FAQ article I attached that details all of the steps required to do so.
Step F. deals specifically with the blue wire you are interested in. The blue and black wires will be connected to a double bonded wire that will be run to 7-way of your vehicle. You would want part # 10-2-1 for the correct wiring.
