We do have a trailer hitch receiver and wiring harness which can mount to it for your 2006 Jeep TJ. The first thing you need is a hitch, and the Curt hitch you mentioned is a confirmed fit, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13408.
Then for a wiring harness, the most reliable option for your '06 TJ is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118409.
You can easily mount this to the Curt hitch with Mount # 18140 and Mounting Bracket # 18144.
