How To Bypass TIPM On Dodge Ram and Wire to 6/7-Way Trailer Connector

Question:

Pull a goose neck horse trailer with a poland 6 pin connector in the bed of the truck. Truck has a 4 pin under bumper and 7 slot next to license plate that isnt used. Trailer light work, but turn signals and brake lights dont work. Checking trailer with multimeter, get 12 volts for all pins. Connector in truck get 12 for lights only. Appears that the FCM/TIMP has blown for the trailer signal and brakes. Read multiple forums the your product will bypass the fcm, but I havent found a conversion to a 6 pin. Is this possible with one of your kits?

The Upgraded Circuit Protected Tail Light Converter Hardwire Kit part # 119178KIT is indeed what you need to bypass the TIPM on a Dodge Ram. It comes with a 4-way trailer connector molded on but you can cut this off and wire it into the back of the 6 or 7-way on the vehicle. If you need a new 6-way to attach the wires to, the Pollak 6-Pole, Round Pin, Trailer Wiring Socket part # PK11609 has the easy to use screw-in terminals.

I have an 08 Dodge Ram, Diesel 6.7, I have lost my L Turn and Brake on the trailer. I have no juice at the TIPM for those wires, but I do the R...I tried wiring into the Left tail light, Cut the TIPM out of the equation.. and that was a no-no. So Re attached the TIPM... So which bypass would you recommend. I have the flat 4 under the bumper and a 7 pin by the plate, and I need the 7 pin...
