Since you mentioned your dealer installed wiring on your 2018 Jeep JLU Wrangler, I assume that does mean you have both the 4-Way # 118786 and 7-Way # ETBC7 hooked up. If so, you are ready to go with just a few parts needed to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR.
You mentioned you did not have the plug, but it should be underneath the dash to the left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal as in the accompanying photo. If you have that then you can simply plug in the controller with the Wiring Adapter # 3073-P and Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness # 331-TPH-017.
If you do not have that plug, then you will not need the adapters, and will need to hardwire the controller. I have added a link below to a video showing how to do this on an '18 JLU Wrangler. It is of a different brake controller but the same process will be used. The video shows the install of the 7-way and the brake controller, so if you only want to wire in the controller you can forward to about the 15:00 mark.
