Which Base Rail Adapter Will Fit in 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 OEM Prep Package

Just bought a Chevy 2500 5th wheel set up on bed, do I need rails for 5th wheel hitch?? Towing a 2012 Winnebago lite 5.

That really depends on if you've got an existing 5th wheel hitch and what it is designed to fit in. If you've got something like the B&W Companion Hitch # BWRVK3710, that's designed to fit directly into the OEM prep package on your 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 and you don't need additional parts.

If you've got a 5th wheel hitch from a previous vehicle that mounted in industry standard base rails, you'll want to use the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Chevy/GMC OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 21K # DM6333. This will drop into your OEM prep package and provide you with the rails needed to mount a 5th wheel hitch that mounts into industry standard rails, and allow you to tow your 2012 Winnebago Lite 5.
