The overall length of the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack part # TH985101 is 25".
These are designed to help expand the maximum tire width from the original 3" width on the Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part # TH903202 up to 4-11/16". If your bikes tire is that or thinner it will work out well for you as it has been tested and confirmed to fit up to that.
