I need Some Accessories for my Airliner Scout Lite and a Tongue Weight Scale

Question:

Hi. When my trailer is level Aliner Scout Lite the distance from the ground to the bottom of the coupler is 17 inches. Specs for part e99044 show it is 17 1/4 inches tall. Is that the height including the ball or to the bottom of the coupler? Will I still get a correct weight measurement if the trailer isnt totally level? My trailer jack has a wheel. There is no pin. Does the wheel just slide out to use the e99044 feature where you put it under the trailer jack? Sorry Im new to this! Also, should the wheel be removed when traveling? 2nd question: Tow vehicle Jeep Wrangler JL 2 door has height to top inside of receiver of about 18 inches. I am currently using Curt ball mount 45260 with 12 1/4 length and 2 inch . For the trailer to be totally level, it looks like I would need a ball mount with a 1 inch , or even no or rise. Because of the spare tire mounted on the back of the Jeep, the length from the middle of the pin hole to the middle of the ball hole needs to be at least 10 1/2 to 11 inches. I cant find anything like that on your website. Do you carry anything like that? If not, how much variance is ok if the tongue is slightly down? The level on the trailer shows the bubble half outside the line. 3rd question: Please recommend a 30 amp power cord for shore power, about 35 feet long, decent quality but not the most expensive. Thanks in advance for you help and patience this is all new to me!

For the etrailer Tongue Weight Scale for Campers and Utility Trailers part # e99044 you will have no issues with an inaccurate reading with that little bit of difference in heights.

The jack wheel may be a permanent wheel or it could be removable they do design them both ways. The only way to be sure is to hook it up to your jeep or support the weight of the tongue and lower the trailer until it comes off of the ground so you can check. If it does come off I would recommend removing it during travel.

For the ball mount the Curt Ball Mount 3/4" Rise or 2" Drop part # D-26 will work out okay. While it is not exactly level you are as close as you can get and still get the clearance that you need. Used in the 2" Drop configuration you will be within one inch of level.

A power cord like the Furrion RV Power Cord Extension part # F3OR36SBOEM is a 36' cord that will work with a twist lock style camper connector. The other options are 25' and 50' feet long. The Mighty Cord 50' RV Power Cord Extension part # A10-3050E or the Mighty Cord 25' RV Power Cord Extension part # A10-3025E are both good quality choices.
