Using the Pop & Lock Power Locking Handle to Convert an ARE V-Series Cap Latch into Power Locks
Question:
Do you have a replacement lock that turns the latch on the A.R.E. V series cap into an electronic latch? It is not a cable latch. Its a rotary larch. Single handle in the middle with a bar going to each side to lock.

Expert Reply:
As long as your vehicle has power door locks and your ARE V-Series truck cap has a frame-less, bonded glass door with a 1-1/8" center hole for a rotary latch you can use the Pop & Lock Power Locking Handle, part # PAL9555.
There are a few models of the V-Series depending on your vehicle. If your cap meets these specifications, then the Pop & Lock will be able to turn your rotary latch into an electronic (power locking) latch.
