I checked with Roadmaster (the leader in flat-tow equipment) and you can indeed splice/tie into the tail light circuits on a 2019 GMC Acadia (All Models Including Denali) for flat-tow lights. The best option we have for this is the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles part # RM-152-98146-7 which has didoes that will protect the vehicle in the event of a short. It comes with everything you need.
