Does the Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire Come Balanced

Does this wheel have metal valve stems? Can you balance it before shipping?

The Provider ST235/80R16 Radial Trailer Tire part # A16R80GWS comes with a rubber valve stem. If you want a metal valve stem you'd need to order and install part # AM20906 yourself. In regards to balancing, these come pre-balanced to an extent suitable for trailer tires which entails matching the heavy spot on the wheel with the light spot on the tire. Trailer tires are not weight-balanced like vehicle tires.
