I have a solution for you, but the Equa-Flex # LC279688 has 7-1/2" between the mounting holes, so it's likely going to create a situation where your suspension travel is negatively affected. Instead, I recommend using the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer # LC696740, which has 6" between the mounting holes and would have proper spacing to allow for your leaf springs to operate correctly.
You can use wet bolts with the brass bushings on the Road Armor; the Wet Equalizer Bolt with Locknut and Grease Zerk for Double-Eye Springs - 3-5/16" Long # 126B2 would work well for this application.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at.
