Does the Sway Control Economy Kit Come With The Sway Control Adapter Bracket

Do I need to purchase the adapter 26003 separately or does the 83660 include it?

Yes, if you do not have a ball mount that has the necessary attachment point for the sway control ball then you will need the Sway Control Adapter Bracket - 2 inch, part # RP26003.
Keep in mind that the plate is 3/8 inch thick and may require a hitch ball with a longer 1 inch shank. Also the platform the ball sits on, or face of the ball mount, should measure 2-1/2 inches.
