You can use an ST225/75D15 as a temporary spare (provided the wheel is 6 or 6-1/2 inches wide) but you definitely do not want to have it on for long. I would say that it is fine to use to get you to a place that can repair or replace the 205/75-15. For replacement 205/75-15s we have a load range C, # AM1ST92 that would work great for you.

The 225 will be 13/16 inches wider and about 1 inch taller so it will affect how the trailer tracks and put added stress on the 205 side. I have included a link to our tire FAQ article for you.
