Recommended 4 Way Trailer Connector for 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ

Question:

Does the Hopkins #42615 part provide trailer running lights, brighter trailer brake lights upon braking, and LandR trailer turn signal flashing lights which are synchronization between my Jeep 2000 TJ and my trailer when installed properly? FYI, I read the question/answer about which part to use for my 2000 jeep, but it did not specifically state that both the Hopkins and Two ready T-one wiring harness provide the same functionality. I would think so, but I dont want to find out later that they dont provide the same functionality trailer running lights, brighter trailer brake lights upon braking, and LandR turn signal flashing lights after I install one. I leaning toward the Hopkins #42615, because is seems easier to install.

A 4 way trailer wiring harness like the Hopkins Plug-In Simple # 42615 and the other harnesses you mentioned will all provide the same functions to control the trailer brake lights, running lights. emergency flashers and turn signals- so no matter which one you choose they'll provide everything you need. I like the Hopkins harnesses as they've proven to be very durable over time and well made, and it will do a good job for you.
