The Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # AM10234 is rated for a maximum load of 1,925 lbs at 60 psi. This is for each tire. The size is slightly different but if the load rating is higher than your weight, the Load Range C - 6 ply rated sidewall will be good enough. If not, then there is the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D # AM10235 rated for a max load of 2,200 lbs at 75 psi. This has an 8 ply rating so it is a stiffer sidewall.
This size tire is 26.3 inches diameter and has a width of 8.1 inches. You can compare this to the 175/80-14 that is 25 inches diameter with a width of 6.9 inches. As long as you have fender clearance and frame clearance you can upgrade the tire size without issue.
