I looked up the owner's manual online for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and depending on its options it has a towing capacity of between 3,500 lbs and 7,200 lbs so you can absolutely tow a camper that is 3,200 lbs (I do always recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual to verify).

In order to tow with your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk, you will need a hitch and wiring, and I recommend the following:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13182

- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118727

The Curt hitch is going to be the simplest installation and has more than enough capacity to tow a 3,200 lb trailer; with ratings of 6,000 lb towing and 600 lb tongue weight. As for the wiring harness, we have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable manufacturer.
