I checked with Firestone for you, and can confirm that the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2597 that fit your 2012 Ford F-250 Super Duty are compatible with a gooseneck (or 5th wheel) trailer hitch. These air bags will do a superb job of giving your truck's rear suspension the support it needs for a more comfortable ride with better handling.
I have added links below to a video install and review for you to check out of the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2597.
To make installation easier you'll want the Hose Cutter # AL10530. Additionally, to make it simple to maintain your air bags, I highly recommend a compressor kit. This will allow you to monitor the air pressure as well as inflate the bags from the comfort of your F-250's cab. For this the best option is the Wireless Air Command Compressor System with Light Duty Compressor - Smartphone Enabled # F2610.
To mount the compressor I recommend the No-Drill Mount Kit # F2612
