The Internal Tire Sensor for TST TPMS Systems - Qty 1 # TST-507-INT-S1 can absolutely be removed and used with a new tire/wheel. It is mounted with a simple hose clamp/worm clam that is able to be loosened, removed, and reinstalled. The sensor is rated for a battery life of 5 to 7 years, so as long as you have battery, the sensor can be used and will function well.
