Easy To Load E-Bike Rack for Trailer Hitch

Hi, I have recently purchased a e bike, Townie Go 8 I step through with fenders. I have the Thule T2m 916xtr/917xtr, that is barely used. I find that I cannot lift my new bike onto the carrier. I have tried to come up with ideas to adapt this carrier with a ramp but so far have not figured that out. If you have suggestions to adapt my current carrier that would be great. If I have to purchase a new carrier what are your recommendations? The e bikes are longer and heavier making regular carriers a problem it seems. I am a 75 year old female so the weight is a real issue. Wanting to get out on the trails with my bike! Please help.

Since there isn't a ramp solution for the Thule T2 bike rack you have now your best option is an e-bike rack that has a ramp built into it like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 that you mentioned. This has a ramp that stores on the rack to make loading much easier as you can just roll the bike up onto the rack. Check out the review video I attached for more info as well.
