The Curt # C12241 is rated to tow up to 3500-lbs, but when towing you're always going to be limited to the lowest rated component in your towing setup. From what I'm able to tell by researching, the 2018 Hyundai Tucson only has a towing capacity of 1000-lbs, so I can't advise you that this would be safe for your vehicle.
I do recommend confirming this capacity in your vehicle's owner's manual and following the directions there; if it says that your towing capacity is 3500-lbs then you would be able to accomplish this.
