Will the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack Work On a 2015 Audi Q5 with Crossbars
Question:
Can the platform, JA8975 or JA8010 be installed on top of the existing cross bars just using brackets? Do brackets come with the platform? My cross bars are about 4 inches with c-channels. typical. If possible, I dontfoot want to remove my existing roof rack. It is so confusing that nobody is able to answer this yet. Please explain in detail what options I have. Thank you!

There are two versions of the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Rack that can be mounted to universal crossbars, the part # RR42115BF which is 58" long x 47" wide or the part # RR42114BF which is 48" long x 38" wide. There are hundreds of other variants of this platform but all for specific applications and won't work on universal crossbars.
