To replace your Fulton Magnum Series jack you'll want to use the Fulton Bolt-Thru Swivel Marine Jack - Weld On - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,500 lbs # FXP15W, which will attach to the bolt that you've currently got on your trailer. This is a jack assembly with a molded plastic wheel that can be used on a trailer with up to 1500-lbs tongue weight.
