Parts Needed to Install 7-Way and Curt Echo on Vehicle with 4-Way

Hi. I installed a 4-Way the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56404 in my 2015 Audi Q5 and bought Curt Echo part # C51180. But it turns out I dont have a 7 way plug for break controller for travel traler in my car. What are my options to install a 7 way plug on my car with what I already have? Or do I need to do different instalation since I dont have factory tow package on my vehicle? Please help me to understand. Thank you very much.
