There are air bags available that fit your 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 4-wheel drive and are absolutely compatible with the Demco Autoslide 5th wheel hitch and underbed base rails. The parts you need for this are the following:
- Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # DM8550022
- Underbed Rail and Installation Kit for Demco Hijacker # DM8551009
- Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV
I confirmed with Firestone these will fit your '19 F-250 and are compatible with an in-bed hitch like the Demco. In regards to a compressor, I highly recommend the Air Command Compressor System # F2610.
