Question:
We just purchased this bike rack from you, my question is when I put the first bike on and pull down the holder my bike handle bar hits my fifth wheel window, why does it hit???

We can easily eliminate that issue by placing the bike on the Swagman Escapee 2 # S64693 with the least amount of handlebar width closes to your 5th wheel. If this doesn't solve the problem, you can get a small extender like the etrailer Extender # e88YR. It's 8 inches long so it will give you plenty of clearance! Quick tip, whenever a hitch extender/adapter is used it will decrease the capacity of your hitch in half.
