Adding a 7-Way Trailer Connector and Trailer Brake Controller on a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan
Question:
Any diagrams or video specific to the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan would be greatly appreciated. Probably the most important is wiring and fuses between a Primus IQ braking control and the 7-way trailer connector. I have a 4-way already hooked up to the rear lights.

In order to install a brake controller and 7-Way on your 2005 Dodge Grand caravan you will need the controller itself and installation kit # ETBC7. We have a video on a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan that should be helpful. It will be nearly identical to the installation on your 2005 model. The controller in the video is also different than the Primus # TK90160 but again since hardwire installations are virtually all the same the video will help. I have also included a link to an FAQ that covers this installation.
