What Fifth Wheel Hitch Rail Dimension Does Curt Hitch # 16516 Fit
Question:
I have a 2017 Ram 2500 short bed equipped with the fifth wheel tow package pucks. The mounting distance for slide on my adapter rails is 22 inches on center. I am using a Reese non sliding hitch right now Is this dimension compatible?

Expert Reply:
The 22 inch dimension you listed is the correct dimension associated with industry standard fifth wheel rails like what the Curt hitch part # 16516 you referenced fits. Most likely you have the rail kit adapter part # RP30154 which this hitch is perfectly compatible with.
