Recommended Hitch Adapter to Use Reese R20 in Factory Pucks of 2020 Ford F-350
Question:
I have a Reese R20 Titan hitch - 30867. Are there adapter leg sets to fit the 2020 or 2021 F350 puck system? If not is there some way to fit this hitch in the new truck. It currently uses a rail system.

It looks like the Reese Titan R20 fits in industry standard 5th wheel rails, so you can drop the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ford OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package # DM6175 into the factory pucks on a 2020 Ford F-350. Once that adapter is installed, you'll have industry standard rails that you can use to mount your R20 hitch.
