Replacement Dexter 3500 lb Trailer Axle With # 84 Spindles and 4-Bolt Brake Mounting Flanges
Question:
Hello, I have a double axle RV trailer with 3500lb rated 2 3/8inch diameter 88/69 axles. I want to order replacements that are underslung with spindle only #84. I also need the 4 bolt attachment to mount my old electric brakes. Do you have this model available online?

Although we don't have an off-the-shelf axle that exactly matches the dimensions you provided, the Dexter # T3584F-EZ-8974 3.5K axle you'd looked at comes extremely close to what you're looking for with the major difference being the spring seat spacing which is at 74 inches. The axle would be a good replacement, but you'd need to remove the existing spring seats and replace them using part # TRSS238, tacking them in place 69 inches apart on center. This axle has a 1 inch longer hub face to hub face dimension, but the 1/2 inch extra length on either side won't make a bit of difference, as long as both axles are being replaced.
The axles feature the 4-bolt brake mounting flange and the # 84 EZ Lube spindle.
