Is Curt #13382 the best frame mounted hitch for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek? Is this wiring harness all I need to hook up all trailer lights? Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector Item # C56040 Thank you,

For your 2018 Subaru Crosstrek the Curt hitch part # C13382 is the best option overall. It has higher towing capacities, is mostly hidden, and isn't priced too high like some of the other options. If I were in your situation this would be the hitch I would buy. Then for trailer wiring the part # C56040 is the correct harness for an easy install.
