The axle spec didn't come through, but that isn't an issue as Dexter has clear fits for their 7K axles. The Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 13" Hub/Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - E-Coat - 7,000 lbs # K2HR79E you asked from is a confirmed fit. You will need to purchase the bearings and grease seal or oil seal separately as they aren't included.

# 25580
# 02475
# RG06-070 for grease seal or # 10-63 for oil seal

You can use the same brake lines as used for your drum brakes as long as you have a small flexible line at the brake assembly like # bh-3mfs90ff-1-5, but you will need to upgrade your master cylinder. The drum brake master cylinders are 1,000 to 1,200 psi where the disc brake master cylinders will give more pressure at 1,600 psi which will be a required upgrade for this switch.

I've linked the page to the surge brake couplers and the electric over hydraulic actuators that will work with the disc brake upgrade.
