To carry your stand-up paddleboards on your 2018 BMW X2, of the roof rack options that fit your vehicle the best comes from Thule. The reason is this rack has 53 inch crossbars, which are the longest available for your X2, and that gives you the most room on the bars to carry your SUPs, as well as other gear should you ever need to. The Thule rack is also supremely quiet, easy to install, and has a fantastic aesthetic. The parts you need for the rack on your 2018 BMW X2 with a naked roof are the following:

- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711400 or Black # TH711420
- Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710501
- Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet # TH145165

Then to carry your SUPs I recommend going with another Thule product, the Thule SUP Taxi XT Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier # TH810001.

This carrier is super easy to install with the twist of a knob, uses an elastomer padding to protect your SUPs, and has telescoping paddles to fit the exact width of your boards. All you have to do is press a button to slide the saddles and fits boards between 27 inches and 34 inches. This carrier also comes with locks to secure the carrier to your rack and your boards to the carrier.

The Thule roof rack does not come with locks included, so if you wanted to lock it to your BMW you would need the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4 # TH450400. However, if you wanted to have your Thule rack AND the SUP Taxi XT keyed alike, you would need a quantity of eight locks, and just replace the locks that come with the Taxi by ordering the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 8 # TH450800.

I have added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
