WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS OF THIS? MY RECEIVER IS ABOUT 9inch RECESSED UNDER THE REAR BUMPER.

The Replacement 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" Receiver Shank for Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack # HRRT200 will have 5 inches from the hitch pin hole to the bend where the 5 inch rise begins. It won't work with your receiver without an adapter. I recommend you use the CR Brophy Hitch Extender for 1-1/4" Hitch Receivers - 5-3/4" Long # hes6 to allow you to use this shank or Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HR200Z. Using an adapter will reduce the tongue weight rating of the hitch receiver by 50%.
