I looked up the hardware on the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # 36408 as well as the etrailer 2 inch # e98865 which are both a confirmed fit for your 2011 Chevy Equinox. The weldnuts from the factory are M12 also referred to as 12 mm so the bolts used are M12 x 1.75 x 40mm.
