Recommende Weight Distribution System that is Quiet and Easy to Use.

Question:

I have a truck trailer combo Im working on for a customer. This combo needs a weight distribution hitch. Its a 97 Suburban 2500 4x4 with a retrofitted box trailer, approx 22foot long. Its outfitted as a mobile surgical vet unit. It has a generator right on the tongue. I havent scaled the tongue, but Id estimate 900-1200 lbs. It isnt fully squatting the suburban, but definitely feels light in the front end driving. The driver is a very petite vet tech. Im looking for a weight distributing hitch that is as quiet as possible she is rattled easily and also as easy as possible to connect and disconnect from the vehicle since she is so petite. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control part # EQ37120ET is an excellent choice that does not make a lot of noise. Check out the video I've linked on it for you.

This can be used for an even quieter system. Equal-i-zer High-Performance Lubricant part # EQ91-00-4250. This reduces noise and minimizes wear and tear on the system.

Also to ease installation of the spring bars a powered jack like the Electric Jack w/ Footplate part # EJ-3520-WBX is the best way to lift the truck and trailer up slightly to make lifting the bars up on the bracket and one handed job rather than being a struggle. A powered jack will eliminate the cranking on the jack every time. Video for this linked as well.
