Recommended Replacement 4.80x12 Tires for Boat Trailer

I have trailer tires on my boat load range C they say 4.8 by 12 maximum PSI the center of the tires are wearing out very rapidly while the outside of the trailer tire tread look new what PSI should I run in them

For your trailer tires, they are designed to be run at the max psi listed on your tires when filled cold (prior to your trip). Normally when the tires wear out rapidly in the center is due to over-inflation. I've attached a help article to show common wear issues.
I recommend the Taskmaster 4.80R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TT48012C as a replacement because the radial tires don't run as hot as the bias ply tires because the cords run differently than the bias ply tires. They are designed more for highway travel which is likely what you are doing since the center of the tire is wearing down so fast. They come with a 2 year warranty and are rated to run at 90 psi cold.
