I'd almost be willing to bet the farm that your inside bearing is actually a L44649 with an inner diameter of 1.063 inches. A typical 3500 lb axle will have a L68149 inner and a L44649 outer bearing.
If that's the case, the Dexter # 8-247-50UC3-EZ galvanized hub/drum you looked at would work well for you. The hub includes the bearings, races, 10-19 grease seal, grease cap and lug nuts.
