Will Curt MV C17062 Weight Distribution System Work on Travel Trailer w/ Under-slung Coupler

Will the Curt 17062 weight distribution hitch work on a bottom mount coupler on 2010 Jayco 28U travel trailer.

Assuming the fully loaded tongue weight of your 2010 Jayco Jayfeather 28U falls into the 800-1000 lb range, the Curt # C17062 weight distribution system you referred to would work fine with the coupler on your Jayco Jayfeather.

However, given the fact that travel trailers are pretty susceptible to sway caused by crosswinds and passing traffic, I'd recommend giving some serious thought to using a weight distribution system with an integrated sway control feature. The Curt TruTrack, part # C17500 combines weight distribution with proven anti-sway performance. This system has the same 800-1000 effective range, but would help prevent trailer sway which will make towing your travel trailer a much more pleasant experience. The 2-5/16 inch trailer ball is included with either system.
