Are Ford and Chevy fifth wheel hitch interchangeable? We are looking at a DVB3300

The Ford and GM rail kits are very different so the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3300 you referenced would only fit a Ford factory rail kit. If you had a 2020 GM factory rail kit you'd want the part # BWRVK3710 instead.
