Recommended Removable Roof Rack for ARE Camper Shell

Question:

I am planning to buy some kayaks. I have a 2012 f250 with an ARE shell. I would like to get a system that is removable because I only have about 3 inches of clearance from the top of my garage opening. What options would work best for that? I would prefer to have it mounted on the topper roof to cut down on wind noise. I also need some information on what accessories I need to attach the kayak to the rack.

It can be removed down to the tracks for overhead clearance restrictions so this won't be a problem. It's also super cost effective and comes with the aero bars for the least amount of noise.

In order to secure two kayaks, I recommend the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier part # S512 which is also easily removable.
