The best fifth wheel rail kit for a 2020 Ram 1500 is the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit part # RP56018-53 which works on both models with the 5-1/2' and 6-1/2' bed. It is a custom fit kit which means there will be no drilling into the frame and it has outboard rails which means it will be easier to install.
