Recommended 12v Power Source for Furrion AC Unit

I am planning on putting this unit into a utility trailer and there isnt a 12v power source its only wires up for a 30 amp service how do I get the need 12v needed?

For your 12V power source on your utility trailer with 30 amp service, you can use the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter Charger - 60 Amp # PD4560K18LS8 which is the power distribution as well as the converter. The AC unit will use the 115v, where the air distribution box and controller will use either 115v AC or 12v DC and the wall thermostat will use 12v DC.

I sent your message to Furrion to try and get their insight and they told me that "The 12v is the power/ground and the 115v is connection. The 12v power is wired to the thermostat."
