Two Bike Platform Rack Recommendation for E Bikes that has a Tilting Feature.

Hello, Does this rack have a tilting feature for SUV’s who need to open their trunk while this device is attached? Also, I tried ordering another bike rack from another vendor and it took them 4 weeks to tell me it wasn’t even sent and that was only because I spent a full day trying to get a hold of them. Needless to say I was very frustrated and I wanted to ask if this rack is in stock and what is the expected shipping? Ultimately we’re looking for a 2 bike tray with locking and tilting features, and can hold a good weight of bikes one of ours is an e-bike. If this rack is not the right one, will you please recommend an/some alternatives?

It tilts and has a 60 lb bike weight capacity or the Thule T2 Pro Xt for 2" Hitches part # TH83JV also tilts and has a 60 pound per-bike capacity. They are both in stock and will fit the bill of exactly what you are looking for. You just need to determine if you have a 1-1/4" hitch or a 2" hitch. Check out the videos of both.
